Mobile, AL (June 30, 2010) – White-Spunner and Associates is pleased to announce the promotion of David Dexter, a Mobile real estate broker and commercial specialist with the Mobile-based firm.  Dexter was recently given the title of Vice President of Leasing & Property Management.

David Dexter joined White-Spunner & Associates in 2009. He has worked in commercial real estate since 2003, with early emphasis in office, industrial and land transactions.  In 2006, David shifted his focus to the retail side of the business, handling leasing assignments at shopping centers in eight southeastern states. David is a native of Mobile, Alabama, and graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Marketing.  Before entering the field of commercial real estate, he specialized in governmental affairs in Washington, D.C. and was Executive Director of the Coastal Conservation Association of Alabama.
 
He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Mobile Commercial Real Estate Exchange Club, National Association of Realtors, Alabama Association of Realtors and the Mobile Area Association of Realtors.
